Unidentified pottery

The mug below, from the Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens, Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums collection, is the only example I've been able to find to date.

The copper transfer plates were valuable and often recycled.  The plate pattern on the reverse of the transfer plate might one day help identify the pottery.
