The months – September
Dixon, Phillips & Co, Garrison Pottery, Sunderland
A daisy bordered plate with the impressed mark 'Dixon Co' on the reverse.

This is a shorter and wider version of the transfer for use on jugs and bowls.
I had previously attributed all these small pedestal bowls to North Shields. However, see a similar bowl with the May transfer, that has lustre decoration peculiar to the Garrison Pottery

A loving cup with underglaze blue enamel and an inscription dated 1860. See March and December for a similarly decorated mug with the Dixon Co impress.
Scott's Southwick Pottery, Sunderland
Although this bowl is unmarked, it is typical of Scott's with wavy lustre decoration and the month transfer in the centre. It has a Crimea transfer to one side, so was likely made 1855–1860.
The daisy plate below, with a red-printed transfer, has a 'SCOTT' impressed mark. Beneath it an unmarked orang-lustre plate, printed in blue, with what appears to be the Scott transfer.
Attributed to John Carr & Sons, Low Lights, North Shields
This transfer is very similar to the Garrison-attributed plate 2 version above. However, the eel pot is typical of North Shields.
